Consume 1 packet daily just stir into liquids or add to a smoothie etc, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and ALWAYS with a little vitamin C like a squeeze of lemon or piece of fresh fruit. For maximum results and benefits (such as healing an injury or after chemotherapy), use 2-3 packets daily. As a preventative supplement, or just to feel better, 4-7 packets per week are typically sufficient.
