Consume 1 tbsp. or more daily.
suggested use
Keep frozen until ready to use, then place bottle in refrigerator to partially defrost. For immediate use, place frozen bottle in cool water for 15 minutes, then pour ¼ off and pour into separate container to put in the fridge. Place the remaining frozen portion (still in the original bottle) back in the freezer. OR you can put in the fridge till it’s liquid, and pour into an ice tray and put in the freezer, to have a cube a day! For maximum results and benefits (such as healing an injury or after chemotherapy), use 1 bottle per week. As a preventative supplement, or just to feel better, 1 bottle per month is typically sufficient.
important note
When defrosted, E3Live® Original must be kept cold and refrigerated. Shelf life in the refrigerator is 7-10 days. Directions are also included in detail on each bottle.
