Don’t sweat the small stuff, I’m here to optimize how you think about food, so you can prioritize your time and resources around getting the RESULTS you want. I’ve worked with people of all sizes around the globe, and in various mental states.. I will meet you where you’re at, and give you tangible tools and resources in a customized plan just for you, to get you on the path to achieving your goals.

Upon booking :

  • You fill out a detailed intake form (you can update it before your session).
  • You show up for your initial session where I will guide you through a customized plan for YOU involving the tools and  to get you started with an optimized nutrition system, and dial it in during our meeting.  
  • After our meeting, you will receive your dialed in plan with tools (including recipes, meal plans, shopping lists etc) that are tailored to YOU.
  • I’ll check in with you a few weeks after your first session to answer any lingering questions, and from there, you can schedule follow-up sessions as desired.

I have clients who utilize my unique skills and knowledge like an apothecarist, and others who are set on their optimized self-sufficient path within one session. Some people are obsessed with cooking from recipes and want to freshen their repertoire periodically, or learn how to prepare new-to-them ingredients.
